Each tablet contains,

Herbal extract equivalent to fresh:
Humulus lupulus (Hops) Strobile	1,000mg
Herbal extracts equivalent to dry:
Trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugreek) Seed	1,000mg
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) Root	1,000mg
Salvia miltiorrhiza (Red sage) Root	100mg
