There are good synergies between caffeine and adaptogens, adaptogenic coffee helps give you all the benefits of regular coffee whilst minimising side-effects such as jitters, anxiety and a crash.

With adaptogens such as functional mushrooms and other plant extracts, we get health benefits from the active compounds. We ensure our highly bioavailable extracts are rich in active compounds and source all our adaptogens ourselves. The active compounds listed above are for our latest batch, and each batch is unique using best-in-class adaptogen extracts.
Zen contains +153mg of L-theanine and +110mg of KSM-66 Ashwagandha (vegan extract) with 5.5% Withanolides.
