Adaotigenic coffee is designed to help you stay balanced and elevate your day, blended with premium coffee and adaptogen extracts. There are good synergies between caffeine and adaptogens, adaptogenic coffee helps give you all the benefits of regular coffee whilst minimising side-effects such as jitters, anxiety and a crash.

Lovingly made with the best-in-class medicinal mushroom extracts and other adaptogens, each blend is designed for a specific purpose – Flow for mental clarity and focus, Zen for calming energy and Mojo for a natural boost!

Our blends taste similar to regular coffee and functional mushroom extracts don’t taste like the mushrooms we find in the vegetable section! Our mushroom blends Flow and Mojo taste a little more earthy and Zen tastes a little chocolatey.

• Lion’s Mane Mushroom Extract (250mg)
  with 45% Beta-Glucans
• Rhodiolife® Rhodiola Rosea Extract (83mg)
  with 3% Rosavins, 1% Salid
• Natural Flavouring

Flow contains +250mg of organic 8:1 dual-extracted Lion’s Mane from fruiting bodies with +42% beta-glucans and +83mg of a branded Rhodiola extract called RhodioLife® (grown from the Siberian-Altai) – standardized to 3% Rosavins & 1% Salidroside.

With adaptogens such as functional mushrooms and other plant extracts, we get health benefits from the active compounds. We ensure our highly bioavailable extracts are rich in active compounds and source all our adaptogens ourselves. The active compounds listed above are for our latest batch, and each batch is unique using best-in-class adaptogen extracts

Add 1 sachet to a mug of hot water and stir well to dissolve. Drink black or add in your favourite milk and enjoy!

All of our blends contain 80-110mg of caffeine per serving, this is about the same as one regular cup of coffee – caffeine varies naturally in coffee. We love the synergies between adaptogens and caffeine – our Zen blend is most popular with those sensitive to caffeine with L-theanine and Ashwagandha for some calming and balancing energy.  We’d also love to launch some naturally caffeine-free blends in the future to help us wind down in the evening, watch this space!
