Salicylic Acid is derived from willow bark, it is a Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA). BHAs are oil-soluble, so they penetrate deeper into the pores of the skin. Salicylic acid is great for targeted spot treatments. It is incredible in exfoliation, as well as unclogging pores.
