Each capsule contains: Fish Oil (Wild Alaskan Pollock) 1000 mg [Providing: Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 400 mg, Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 300 mg], Gelatin (Fish), Glycerol, Natural Mixed Tocopherols.

Each 1000mg fish gelatin capsule contains a potent 70% concentration of fatty acids delivering 400mg of EPA and 300mg of DHA.

Other ingredients:  Gelatin (fish), glycerol and natural mixed tocopherols

Recommended use:  Adults and children over 12 years: Take one to two capsules per day or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
