Curcuma longa L (BCM-95™ turmeric)25:1 extract (rhizome) standardised to contain 95 % curcuminoids with Ar-Turmerone)	250 mg
AKBAMAX™ boswellia serrata extract (resin) (standardised to contain 45 % boswellic acids of which 10 % AKBA)	250 mg
Zingerber officinale (ginger) extract (rhizome) (standardised to contain 5 % gingerol)	100 mg

The other ingredients are brown rice flour, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide.

Recommended use: Adults and children over 12 years: For the first week, take 2 to 4 capsules per day with food. After the first week, take 1 to 2 capsules daily with food in divided doses. Thereafter take 1 capsule twice daily with food as needed or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

If swallowing is not possible, the contents of the capsule may be mixed with some juice to make the taste more palatable.
