Each capsule contains:
Shoden™ Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal (ashwagandha) extract 120 mg
(root and leaf, 40:1 extract standardised to contain 35 % withanolide glycosides and providing 4,8 g of dried herb equivalent)

Adults and children 12 years and older
The usual dose is 2 capsules per day for the first 30 days. Thereafter, the dose is 1 to 2 capsules per day as needed.
Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage of two (2) capsules.
Advise users to consult a healthcare provider for use beyond 12 weeks.
Can be taken with or without food.
Paediatric population: is not recommended for children younger than 12 years due to lack of information. Avoid use in children.

Natroceutics Ashwagandha is contraindicated in pregnancy (see Section 4.3 Contraindications). Ashwagandha has abortifacient effects.
Use during breastfeeding should be avoided due to lack of sufficient reliable information. The effect on fertility is unknown.
