Directions:  Take two orange and two white capsules once or twice per day one hour after a meal.

If you suffer from any form of gut dysbiosis (heartburn, GERD) you may experience some nausea and even vomit when taking the capsules. If that is the case, we recommend you dissolve the two white capsules in a glass of water and take it with the orange capsules. Add some pure juice for flavouring if necessary.
