Gelatine is a wonderful product filled with many benefits. It is a protein containing type 1 collagen, with high levels of glycine – one of collagen’s key amino acids. Colla-Joint Plus contains gelatine granules as well as hydrolysed gelatine. The hydrolysed gelatine is slightly more absorbable than the granules, so we use both to reap maximum benefit for your fur baby. Gelatine also has a stronger taste profile than collagen, which your pets will love!

Our Sally-Ann Creed® Pure Hydrolysed Collagen is renowned for its many, extensive benefits. This type 1 & type 3 non-GMO, grass-fed collagen is made up of 19 amino acids and is distinctly known for having particularly high levels of the amino acids glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline. Its unique amino acid profile makes it a crucial factor in assisting with the structural integrity of cartilage, bone, tendons, and joints. Hydrolysed collagen is also highly absorbable, meaning it can rapidly assist where needed within the body while having amazing long-term benefits for your dog or cat’s overall health.

Sulphur is the third most abundant mineral in the body and is a major component in maintaining and strengthening joint tissue, notably cartilage. MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a natural sulfur-containing compound found in green plants, animals and the human body. This multi-functional mineral has been shown to assist in reducing inflammation and pain, preserve normal joint health and functionality, reduce oxidative damage and may contribute to improved recovery time post exercise.

We have also included a blend of pre- and probiotic powder, a 4-strain probiotic and fructooligosaccharide (FOS). This symbiotic adds to and feeds the healthy gut bugs and allows for them to perform at their optimum, which in turn contributes to improved digestion, immunity and overall health.
