Directions of Use:
For early onset symptoms, take two (2) capsules, three times per day with food. Or as directed by your health care provider. Don’t use continuously for more than 10 days without consulting a health care provider.
When taking Chinese skullcap, the herb reaches peak levels in the plasma of the body organs in about 1 hour. Because it only lasts in the body for about 4 hours, so you need to dose about 3 to 4 hours.
