Magnesium is one of the most important minerals in sports nutrition, massive amounts are lost through sweat and the accelerated metabolism of strenuous exercise. Transdermal magnesium offers an effective alternative to tablets and capsules.

Aqua (water), magnesium chloride, glycerin, propylene glycol, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, capsicum frutescens fruit extract, citrus limon (lemon) peel oil, hydrolyzed jojoba esters, limonene, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, arnica montana flower extract, citral, citric acid, trisodium EDTA, linalool.

Limonene, linalool and citral occur naturally in many essential oils, including citrus oils.

Spray on the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption.

Ideal after exercising and showering. Reapply as required.
