As one of the Essential Services outlined by the Government, we are happy to announce that VitaSoul has obtained their licence to operate during the lockdown and will remain open to provide you with your health and wellness essentials!

Operational Guidelines during the lockdown:

• The safety of our customers and fellow South Africans is of extreme importance to us. We have strict hygiene measures in place when handling your parcels and we ensure the correct social distancing and handover measures are followed through with our couriers. There will be no collections during this time.
• We are operating with skeleton staff and will be running slower than usual. This also means there will be no same day deliveries and your orders might take up to a few days to get to you. We ask you to please be patient as we try to navigate this difficult situation.
• We are experiencing stock delays but are doing our best to manage this, please do utilise waiting lists on our website to ensure that you are notified of stock arrivals.

Remember we are all in this together and all need to do our part to stay indoors and stay healthy.
