Before diving into this article, read Winter Wellness – Booster Basics, as this article picks-up from there and focuses on my top products specific to our oh-so-loved little ones. We have a huge variety of options available in the Children section of our website for all budgets and preferences, but I’ve mentioned my personal favourites below.
As winter is fast approaching I am getting swamped with questions around suggestions for Immune Boosters and products to support winter illness symptoms.
So I have put together a list of my favourites that I personally use during the winter months. We all know Vitamin C would be the most important Immune Booster and support, but as that is already suggested as your daily supplement in my 3 basics.
