Water is life… We cannot function without it and Darren Waterman is our guest blogger reviewing this month’s topic. His surname could not be more fitting and we enjoyed the information he has shared with us so passionately.
My name is Darren Waterman, I have recently started a venture called Tristella. I started off my career studying Yoga and many forms of movement. I have been sharing yoga and movement over the last 7 years. I was fascinated by movement and how it can influence our well-being. If we think of a puddle of water that is stagnant, we can see how bacteria and contaminants will develop much faster, compared to water that is flowing and moving in a river. Movement brings circulation and flow into our body. After studying yoga and its many branches, I was captivated by sound and its influence on the mind, body and spirit. To me, sound was another form of movement. After time, I began to realise that sound is a crucial part of our health, physically and psychologically.
I began to see sound through the eyes of water and understood that by using modalities like prayer, mantra or affirmations, that it had a profound effect on the body, mind and spirit (our bodies are made up of majority water). I saw how meditation had a calming effect on the mind which allowed me to put society and its chaos into perspective. The same way, when water becomes calm and still, can we see a clear reflection. It brought awareness and many insights into being. When we hear sounds that aren’t natural or that we don’t enjoy, it can distort our body and takes us out of balance. Being in an environment with chaotic sounds can bring stress and anxiety into our being. The sounds of a singing bowl, the sound of waves crashing or perhaps the sound of rain in a forest, brings a sense of relaxation and calmness. It is in the state of relaxation, or para-sympathetic system that allows us the space for healing to take place.
The human body has an innate ability to heal itself, but it is up to us to provide the right environment for ourselves to heal. After many hours of introspection, I came to the conclusion that an environment filled with natural rhythms, sounds and energy, is a lot easier to heal the body, in comparison to an environment that has chaotic sounds, man-made EMF and unnatural rhythms, like our bustling cities filled with rigid right angles everywhere we look (unnatural rhythms). It was with this realization that I began to investigate and research sound/frequency.
I researched extensively over the years into what sound is and how it can be used consciously for the betterment of all beings. Why is it, that the sound of an insult can make us feel dreadful and why is it that the sounds of a compliment makes us feels good. Is it the intention behind the words, is it the literature that carries a specific energy or is it the sound that meets the ears that has an effect on us. I asked myself, what do these three factors have in common, my conclusion was that they all carry a specific frequency. We are continuously reacting, moving and sometimes ideally dancing with the frequencies that surround us. I realised that we are beings of frequency and so is the universe.
If you want to begin to understand the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration
– Nikola Tesla
What is sound..
Simply put, sound is a pressure wave that is created by a moving object (vibration).
Wikipedia’s definition – “In physics, sound is a vibration that propagates as an acoustic wave, through a transmission medium such as a gas, liquid or solid. In human physiology and psychology, sound is the reception of such waves and their perception by the brain”
– remember the brain is made up of +-80% water, this brought me to the question, is it the water in the brain that is receptive and reacting to sounds/frequency?
The Ancients understood sound and its capabilities, they believed vibrations and words had an immense power. There are many stories of how the Tibetans or Egyptians used sound to levitate or move objects. It is interesting that in the bible, John 1.1 it reads “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God”. Can this ‘word’ be interpreted as sound? Today scientists are using vibrations and frequencies to reprogram the DNA of living beings. This makes sound more profound than we think. Starting to understand the origins of sound brought me one step closer to myself, realising how vibrations, sounds and frequencies are affecting my everyday life.
Frequencies and the importance of water
Water is a major component to organic life. Organic life is either influenced positively or negatively by frequencies, but let us focus on the topic of water. I want to start off by saying, water is a vast and infinite topic to talk about. In this blog, I can only touch on a small fraction of information about water. To convey the importance of water, would turn into a never-ending book.
Water is the substance that unifies all beings and connects us to Mother Nature. Water is alive and is forever changing. It is the only element that can exist in three states; ice, liquid and gas. Water is a universal solvent with unique qualities. It is the vehicle for delivering life-sustaining nutrients to all organic life and it eliminates waste & toxins. Plants, animals and humans cannot survive without water. We need water for its ability to transport nutrients into the cells of all living beings and not just any water, but quality water. Unfortunately, the water we consume daily, coming from the tap or even plastic bottled water is contaminated with chlorine, fluoride, microplastics and other effluents. These unnatural contaminants can cause dis-ease in the body, not only for humans, but for plants and animals. With this in mind, it is important to make sure that the water we drink is filtered correctly and then structured thereafter (I will address structured water further down the blog).
The human body and water
If we look at the makeup of the human body we can see that on average the body consists of +-71% water. Blood, being our life fluid and nutrient conveyor, on average, contains 90% water. The kidneys, being our fluid processors and purifiers contain, on average, 80% water. Muscles being the prime movers of the body contain, on average, 75% water. The liver being our metabolism regulator contains 69% water. The list goes on, but I think you get the point. With the above mentioned it is imperative that we hydrate daily to keep the body functioning optimally. As soon as we deprive ourselves of water, we become dehydrated and fall sick. It is crucial to remember that water is a major constituent of ALL organic life. If we could hydrate correctly with 100% quality water, would that not theoretically mean that 71% of our health has been looked after?
With water being an eliminator of toxins from the body, it is important that we consume structured water to detoxify efficiently. Not only does structured water help the heart in energy production, it takes unnecessary stress off the mitochondria. When we drink contaminated chaotic water our cells now have to detoxify, charge back the water and spin it, to make the structured water inside our biological body, we lose the energetic-synthesis from the natural start and so we are using more energy. Our mitochondria spend at least 50% of our energy on digestion. Water crossing cell membranes creates energy for ATP synthesis via the cation pumps. It is the primary source of energy.
Water is a lot more than the eye meets. It is more than just its chemical compound, H2O. It is a liquid crystal that acts as a sophisticated supercomputer. It has been proven by many scientists worldwide that water can hold memory. Water can be influenced by its environment. Dr Masaru Emoto carried out an experiment where he put rice into three jars of water and each day for a month he said “Thank you” to one jar, “You idiot” to one jar and the last jar he completely ignored. At the end of his experiment he saw that the jar he said “Thank you” to, fermented with sweet aromas. The Jar he said “You idiot” to, turned black and the jar he ignored began to rot. Watch the experiment in this LINK. This experiment was one of many he carried out to prove that the molecular structure of water could be influenced by its environment. The same way we feel terrible when we are ignored or insulted, to the same way we feel good when we are complimented. If we are made up of majority water, is it the water within us that is reacting to how someone insults or compliments us? It is important to be mindful of how we treat water as it is how it will treat us in return. As without, so within and vice versa. Our health, energy and vitality is as pure as the water we drink.
It is interesting how water is used as a metaphor for life, for purification, for knowledge and even consciousness. The ancients had an intuitive sense for the importance of water which is overlooked these days. Mystics from the past had an innate wisdom about water which is synchronizing with leading science in today’s age.
We now know that water is the most important carrier of electromagnetic energy. Water is the main absorber of sunlight in our atmosphere. It absorbs not only electromagnetic light waves, but it can carry warmth and many other electromagnetic energy, as well as sound.
Water is constantly reacting and interacting with electromagnetic fields by adapting its molecular structure. The water element has an intelligence that is unique in the way that it is kinetic with a self-organizing structure. It responds to its environment and can hold negative or positive energetic patterns. We have natural electromagnetic frequencies (EMF) and we have manmade EMF. If water responds to electromagnetic fields, imagine how the body responds to the unnatural frequencies of WI-FI or Telephone Towers. We need to think about how a cellphone could be affecting our health. Water and EMF’s is a whole book on its own, I have only touched on it, but I would suggest to spend some time researching EMF and the effects on water.
Structured Water
Structured water refers to the way that the molecules are organized. There are many ways to bring waters molecules into a coherently organized state. By mimicking the natural rhythms of nature, we can structure water. If we look at a river, we can notice its curves, natural minerals, elements and spiraling vortices. These factors contribute to the way water is structured. When observing nature, we see that it is rare to find perfectly straight lines and perfect right angles, it goes with the saying that, “Nature knows no straight lines”. When water flows through rigid piping and exposed to high pressures, the vitality of the water decreases, as the molecules are broken down and become chaotic. As humans we have very coherent mouths and taste buds, this gives us the ability to taste the difference between tap water and natural spring water. This brings us to two factors that contribute to the vitality of water. One being the contamination of water and two being the structure of water – is it coherent or chaotic at the molecular level? When water is contaminated by chlorine, fluoride and hormones, it can create chaos at the molecular level. It is not just hydration that is important, it is the type of water we are hydrating with.
Many have stated, that some of structured water’s benefits include:
- Increased energy, improved memory and concentration
- Weight loss and weight management
- Higher quality sleep and a healthy immune system
- Smoother digestion
- Reduced constipation
Hydration Protocol
Water should be clean, structured and room temperature.
Your body needs : 1.5 liters of water per 50 kg body weight – per day (minimum)
Suggested Adult water intake – minimum :
- Drink 2 glasses of water ½ hr before meals (this provides free water for digestion)
- Have very little or no water – during and for 2hrs after meals
- Drink 2 glasses of water & a pinch of sea salt before going to sleep,
and 3 glasses of water upon waking - Drink freely between these periods
- If water intake has been low (normally in the elderly), increase amount slowly until
urinary excretion roughly matches intake - Remember to drink water in the winter as this is when most people become ill
Products to enhance the water protocol
At Tristella we concentrate on natural water structuring for optimization. We use innovative techniques and a bio-mimicry process to impart naturally optimized resonance into products. These combined treatment processes can be best described as “electromagnetic tempering”.
The subtle vibrations and resonance of the products creates coherence in the molecular structure of water and living tissue – with many benefits such as proper hydration to the body/cells, improved vitality, pain relief, increased recovery time and EMF mitigation. At the end of the day everything comes down to energy. We copy the rhythms of nature and impart those rhythms through frequency into man made products. Our products can be applied to a wide range of applications. Our intention is to restore the balance and vitality of all living beings. We owe it to nature, as without nature we cannot survive. To look after nature, is to look after life. We focus on water as it is the key that keeps us functioning. Our Tristella Water Disc is used for structuring water. The Water Disk shares subtle vibrations into the molecular structure of water, resulting in coherent molecules. The proof is in the pudding. One can try this with many different beverages and taste the difference.
